A carefully curated catalogue of producers with a name of their own, selected for quality and authenticity.
Organic extra virgin olive oil from Petra (Mallorca), made by Guillem and Marta Mas on their family estate, Son Elsebitx. 100% Arbequina olives, milled and cold-pressed the same day they're picked, under the Oli de Mallorca designation of origin.
The oldest artisanal coffee roastery in Mallorca, roasting in Son Ferriol since 1967. Fully manual roasting and packaging, with natural-roast coffee and blends made to order.
Premium sea salt hand-harvested at the protected Es Trenc salt flats in southeast Mallorca, using traditional sun-and-wind methods. One of the most recognised fleur de sel producers in Europe.
